You will be responsible for collaborating with partners and suppliers, as well as internal teams to deliver on our mission.\nAs Senior Director, Technical Program Management for firmware security and deployments, you will help ensure that Microsoft remains a trusted cloud provider.\nResponsibilities\nLead a global Technical Program Management team, with engineering efforts in the US, Taiwan, and India. Lead through empowerment and accountability by modeling, coaching, and caring. Attract and retain great people; invest in their growth.\nSet security standards and enforce them with our suppliers, and across the Microsoft Silicon, Cloud Hardware, and Infrastructure Engineering team.\nDefine security features to help customers secure their own data, and to keep the fleet secure.\nDrive complete automation of firmware deployments and recovery, to achieve the highest deployment speeds and yields, at the lowest cost.\nMeasure the business impact of our work.\nQualifications\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.\n\n3+ years people management experience.\n6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.\nOther Requirements:\nAbility to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements is required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screening:\nMicrosoft Cloud Background Check.
