We bring this to life through a growth mindset, a commitment to innovation, and a culture grounded in respect, integrity, and accountability, where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.\nResponsibilities\nLead the design of complex product experiences from concept through delivery, ensuring solutions are intuitive, useful, accessible, and aligned with customer needs.\nTranslate user research, data, and business strategy into clear product experiences and design recommendations.\nDefine end-to-end customer journeys, interaction models, information architecture that scale across experiences.\nSolve ambiguous and complex design challenges through systems thinking, experimentation, prototyping, and iterative learning.\nInfluence product strategy and roadmap discussions by representing customer needs and identifying opportunities for innovation and investment.\nPartner effectively with engineers, product managers, researchers, and other designers to deliver high-quality experiences.\nMentor and support other designers through critique, coaching, and sharing design practices that strengthen team outcomes.\nOther\nEmbody our culture and values.\nQualifications\nMinimum Qualifications:\nMaster's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 4+ years experience working in product or service designOR Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 5+ years experience working in product or service design\nOR equivalent experience (e.g., demonstrated experience working in product or service design or using design thinking to solve problems).\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nMaster's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 6+ years experience working in product or service designOR Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 8+ years experience working in product or service design\nOR equivalent experience (e.g., demonstrated experience working in product or service design or using design thinking to solve problems).\n\n4+ years experience shipping products, services, or games and/or delivering to customers as a result of an end-to-end design process.\nExperience applying user-centered design methods including research synthesis, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, usability evaluation, and accessibility practices.\nExperience collaborating across design, product management, engineering, and research disciplines to deliver end-to-end experiences.\nExperience designing complex platform, AI, enterprise, developer, productivity, or ecosystem experiences.\nExperience contributing to or scaling design systems and reusable patterns.\nDemonstrated ability to influence strategy and drive alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders.\nExperience mentoring designers and fostering a culture of design excellence.\nProduct Design IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $160,200 - $261,000 per year.\nCertain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
