In this role, you will collaborate with product design leadership to bring new experiences to life across mobile and desktop platforms. Come help us reach it!\nResponsibilities\nPartner with product design leadership to execute design efforts from concept through implementation.\nCollaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.\nCreate design artifacts such as wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and interaction models to communicate ideas effectively.\nConduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and continuously improveexperiences.\n\nChampion accessibility and inclusivity in all design decisions to ensure usability for a global audience.\nEstablish and maintain design guidelines, best practices, and standards that scale across platforms.\nStay current with design trends, tools, and technologies, particularly in mobile UX and gaming.\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications:\n Master's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 4+ years experience working in product or service design OR Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 5+ years experience working in product or service designOR equivalent experience (e.g., demonstrated experience working in product or service design or using design thinking to solve problems).\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n4+ years experience shipping products, services, or games and/or delivering to customers as a result of an end-to-end design process.\nUser empathy and a track record of solving complex problems with simple, elegant design solutions grounded in real user needs.\nProficiency in Figma or equivalent tools for wireframing, visual design, and interactive prototyping.\nExperience designing across multiple platforms and input methods, including console, mobile, and desktop.\nComfort navigating ambiguity, with the ability to simplify complexity and bring clarity through designs.\nProven collaboration skills and the ability to build strong partnerships with product managers and engineers to deliver high-quality outcomes.\nCommunication and storytelling skills (both visual and verbal) to influence and inspire across disciplines.\nProduct Design IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $160,200 - $261,000 per year.\nCertain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
