Leverages data and performance metrics (e.g., OKRs and KPIs) to demonstrate the value of the program and show business impact through storytelling and using scorecards and realtime dashboards. Adapts communication style and storytelling strategy according to audience and business needs.\n\nDefines and tracks the success criteria (e.g., return on investment [ROI], service level agreements [SLAs], objectives and key results [OKRs] and key performance indicators [KPIs]) and performance metrics (e.g., quality, adoption, usage, impact, effectiveness) for the program, and identifies which data will result in data-driven decision making.\n\nDrives prioritization and decision making for leaders across the organization by creating clarity in ambiguous situations. Partners with the leadership team to develop and execute program planning processes, ensuring coordination with MCB planning and prioritization processes as well as planning integration across the broader organization. Collaborates with the leadership team to ensure content meets expectations to articulate objectives that are in alignment with the goals of the organization\n\nCollect and synthesize seller feedback, analyze metrics to maintain operating standards and constantly refine content signals capabilities.\n\nEducate and drive adoption of new AI experiences.\n\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience in managing product roadmap for developing AI models and algorithms. \nExperience in executive communication, outlining the product vision, storytelling and presenting complex scenarios in executive ready parlance.\nExperience understanding product needs, validate hypotheses, and make informed prioritization decisions. \nExperience taking initiative, influences outcomes, in fast-paced and evolving contexts. \nExperience in AI-first content management, Trust, and Safety. \nMBA with concentration on either product management, product strategy, operations management, business management, and content strategy. \nExperience designing product solutions based on evidence; delivering value-adding products, and/or organizational or process changes that benefit the business. \nExperience working with international partners across different time zones and cultures. \nData analysis experience for product design and knowledge of methods for researching and analyzing product designs to determine their potential for meeting organizational standards and business needs. \nWritten and verbal communication experience.\nExperience in presenting to senior leadership on regular cadence. \nProduct Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $160,200 - $261,000 per year.\nCertain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
