The team works across Sales, Marketing, Category, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Engineering to create scalable frameworks that enable growth while protecting Microsoft through strong governance and operational discipline.\nWe are expanding our Commercial initiatives and establishing a new Senior Program Manager role focused on building the programmatic structure that enables Microsoft's Enterprise growth motions at scale.\nAs Senior Program Manager, Enterprise Program Management & Commercial Offers, you will be responsible for designing, launching, governing, and continuously improving the commercial programs & deals, operating models, and compliance frameworks that support Microsoft's commercial device strategy worldwide.\nThis role plays a foundational role in building scalable, repeatable, and policy-aligned mechanisms that enable enterprise deal execution.\nImportantly, this role is not responsible for prioritizing, negotiating, approving, or managing individual enterprise opportunities. Instead, this role is responsible for designing and operating the program governance, compliance, licensing, and operational frameworks that enable enterprise deal execution globally.\nResponsibilities\nRole Scope & Impact\nOwn Windows Enterprise Deals and Enterprise device offer programs end-to-end across design, implementation, launch, execution, monitoring, and optimization\nDesign and evolve program requirements, partner eligibility criteria, business rules, compliance controls, and operating processes aligned to WDS strategy\nDesign Enterprise deals, including deals processes, deal requirements, deal governance, legal and compliance alignment, audit requirements, and exception management\nCreate scalable program guides, disclosures, operational tools, and execution models that enable consistent global executive\nBuild repeatable processes and programmatic mechanisms that improve efficiency, accountability, and execution quality across commercial programs\n\nKey Responsibilities\nPartner across Senior Leadership, Category, Sales, Marketing, Legal/CELA, Compliance, Engineering, and Operations to design, implement, and govern commercial programs and Enterprise deal frameworks\nLead annual and multi-year program strategy, planning, design, implementation, and optimization to support WDS Commercial objectives\nDevelop and maintain programmatic structures supporting:Enterprise deal execution frameworks\nPolicy and compliance management\n\nEstablish and manage program operating rhythms, stakeholder reviews, partner communications, and execution oversight\nOwn partner-facing documentation, disclosures, program requirements, onboarding materials, and execution guidance\nLead program audits, control reviews, remediations, compliance monitoring, and exception management activities\nPartner with Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams to establish scalable funding, licensing, rebate, and audit mechanisms that support commercial execution while protecting Microsoft\nDevelop performance measurement frameworks, compliance scorecards, operational KPIs, and reporting models\nIdentify process improvements and automation opportunities that increase scalability and operational efficiency\nCommunicate program strategy, compliance health, operational performance, and key insights to senior leadership\n\nQualifications\nRequired/minimum qualifications\nBachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience.\n\n4+ years of experience in Program Management, Sales Operations, Business Development, Operations, Compliance, or a related field\nAdditional or preferred qualifications\nMaster's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement \nOR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 12+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience.\n\nExperience designing and operating large-scale global programs from strategy through implementation and execution\nStrong understanding of governance frameworks, compliance controls, audit disciplines, and operational excellence\nExperience building scalable business processes, program infrastructure, and operating models\nFamiliarity with partner ecosystems, commercial programs, funding mechanisms, and incentive frameworks\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and process rigor\nExperience operating in complex, highly matrixed environments with competing stakeholder priorities\nProven ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment without direct authority\nBusiness Program Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,900 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $148,400 - $222,600 per year.\nCertain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
