OverviewThe Senior Program Manager, Global Workplace Services (GWS), is responsible for designing, running, and improving the centralized rhythm of business and performance system that supports GWS business priorities, Leadership Team, and central office. The role translates business strategy and stakeholder needs into clear program plans, requirements, and success measures, as well as manages special projects on behalf of the GWS VP (Vice President) and Americas GM (General Manager). The Senior Program Manager conducts analysis to identify opportunities, define scope, evaluate business value, and recommend solutions. Additionally, partnering across functions such as GWS global teams, Finance, and OCFO (Office of the Chief Financial Officer) to align stakeholders, establish plans of record, clarify roles and responsibilities, and ensure financial and operational requirements are addressed. This role manages program execution through project plans, milestones, resources, budgets, performance metrics, communications, and rhythm of business processes.
