Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.\nResponsibilities\nBuild trust with a targeted selection of complex and advanced partners to capture feedback and insights through the product development lifecycle. \nIndependently contributes to identifying partners’ unmet or unknown needs for enhancements or development of multiple feature areas while working directly with partners and scope the impact and prioritization of their need. \nBring together internal teams and external partners and engage in direct 1:1 (e.g., visits, interviews) partner engagements to solicit feedback and understand their experiences with Microsoft’s products and services. \nMaintain a broad understanding across multiple product areas working with partners. \nHelp define and influence the long-term vision and strategy for the feature areas based on a deep understanding of partner needs. \nInfluence and engage with cross-functional internal teams, external partners, including early adopting partners, leadership, and other key stakeholders to gather input and garner support for product/service vision, strategy, and roadmap for multiple feature areas. \nProvide thought leadership for questions and challenges from partners. \nTravel to and work on-site at partner locations as required.\nEmbody our Culture and Values.\nQualifications\nRequired/Minimum Qualifications:\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development.OR equivalent experience.\n\nAdditional or preferred qualifications\nOther Requirements: Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:\nMicrosoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter. \nPreferred Qualifications:\n4+ years’ experience in product/program/or channel management. \n4+ years of navigating complex sales and business development stakeholders and relationships.\nProven ability to forge solid relationships with partners (Business Decision Makers, CSOs and IT Leaders), speaking on behalf of engineering, helping them understand our value proposition and our services.\nDeep technical experience deploying, managing, or supporting at least one of the following technologies: Azure, Intune, Active Directory, Virtualization tools, Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, or other similar technologies.\nPrior experience working directly with customers and/or partners to translate business needs into technical roadmaps and solutions.\nExperience with end-to-end product lifecycle development, having worked closely with other product managers, software engineers, and product marketing teams to deliver best-in-class customer/partner experiences.\nExperience identifying product gaps and advocating on behalf of customers and partners to improve products. \nProven track record driving prioritization and tradeoffs of product improvements based on actual customer requirements and expected impact.\nA willingness to travel to and work on-site at partner/customer locations (as the position may require up to 25% travel). \nDemonstrated broad technical awareness & product knowledge across. Microsoft 365 endpoint/desktop management tooling and infrastructure.\nMicrosoft desktop virtualization (Azure Virtual Desktop, Remote Desktop Services, Windows 365).\nMicrosoft Azure technologies, particularly networking and compute. \n\nDemonstrated knowledge of software development methodologies.\nExperience working with highly regulated industries such as healthcare, finance, and government entities.\n#W+DJOBS\nPartner Enablement Program Mgmt IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $160,200 - $261,000 per year.\nCertain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
