Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.\nResponsibilities\nConduct innovative research in AIOps, Agentic AI, LLMs, intelligent Software Engineering, resource optimization, AI for software/systems, or software/systems for AI.\n\nDevelop scalable algorithms for agentic software engineering, Agentic AI platforms or systems.\n\nCollaborate with engineering teams to integrate research into key Microsoft products.\n\nPublish at top-tier venues (e.g., ICSE, FSE, OSDI, ICML, NeurIPS, etc.) and contribute SOTA technologies to academia/industry community.\n\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications:\nDoctorate in relevant fieldOR Master's Degree in relevant field AND 3+ years related research experience \nOR Bachelor's Degree in relevant field AND 4+ years related research experience\nOR equivalent experience. \n\nOther Requirements:\nAbility to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
