and develop AI-powered applications, intelligent agents, and Copilot experiences that transform seller productivity and business workflows.\nIntegrate Large Language Models (LLMs), orchestration frameworks, and AI services into enterprise applications to deliver intelligent and contextual user experiences.\nDrive adoption of modern AI engineering practices across the development lifecycle.\nFull Stack Solution Development\nLead end-to-end software development including requirements analysis, architecture, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and operational excellence.\nBuild scalable front-end applications using React and TypeScript while developing robust backend services and APIs.\nDeliver highly available, performant, and maintainable solutions that meet enterprise security and compliance standards.\nDynamics 365 and Seller Platform Solutions\nDesign and implement solutions leveraging Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and related Microsoft business applications.\nBuild seller-focused experiences that streamline sales processes, improve operational efficiency, and enhance user engagement.\nPartner with business stakeholders to translate customer and seller needs into impactful technical solutions.\nAzure and Platform Engineering\nDevelop cloud-native applications using Azure services, microservices architectures, event-driven patterns, and increase developer productivity.\nSecurity Engineering\nImplement security-by-design principles throughout application architecture and development.\nEnsure solutions comply with enterprise security code reviews, architecture reviews, and technical design discussions to maintain high engineering standards.\nCollaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, Data Scientists, and Engineering teams across Microsoft.\nContribute to technical strategy, architecture decisions, and engineering good practices.\nContinuous Innovation\nEvaluate emerging technologies and AI capabilities to identify opportunities for innovation.\nLeverage modern development tools including GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted engineering workflows to improve team effectiveness.\nFoster a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement.\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.\n12+ years of professional software engineering experience developing and shipping commercial software.\nGood programming experience with one or more languages including C#, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or equivalent.\nExperience building modern web applications and distributed systems.\nExperience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and cloud services.\nKnowledge of software engineering fundamentals including object-oriented design, testing, performance optimization, and secure coding practices.\nExperience working in Agile development environments.\nPreferred Qualifications\n10+ years of experience building enterprise-scale software products and services.\nExperience developing AI-powered applications, Copilot experiences, intelligent agents, or conversational AI solutions.\nGood expertise in C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, and microservices-based architectures.\nExperience developing modern front-end applications using React and TypeScript.\nDeep knowledge of Azure services including App Services, Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid, Event Hubs, Azure Container Apps, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).\nExperience with Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, NoSQL databases, and enterprise data platforms.\nGood understanding of application security, identity, authentication, authorization, and secure development practices.\nExperience building developer platforms and implementing platform engineering good practices.\nProven ability to influence technical direction across multiple teams and drive cross-organizational outcomes.\nGood communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.\nExperience leveraging AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and agent-based engineering workflows.\nHands-on experience with Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Platform, Power Apps, and Power Automate is an added advantage.\nThis position
