If you love using data to build better products and want to establish the measurement foundation for a global commerce platform, this is the right role for you.\nResponsibilities\nDesign an end-to-end measurement system for the Find, Try, Buy, and Manage customer and partner journeys, including acquisition, discovery, engagement, conversion, activation, retention, and product-management scenarios.\nBuild and maintain product scorecards, dashboards, funnel analyses, and recurring reports that provide timely visibility into adoption, conversion, customer friction, reliability, and business impact.\nEvaluate and improve the quality, completeness, consistency, freshness, and reliability of Marketplace data used for product decisions and reporting.\nCreate self-service measurement capabilities that enable product teams to answer common questions while maintaining consistent definitions and governance.\nApply AI-assisted analytical techniques to accelerate insight generation, identify emerging patterns, and improve the efficiency of product investigations.\nAlign stakeholders on measurement priorities, metric definitions, analytical conclusions, dependencies, and tradeoffs.\nFoster an inclusive, data-driven culture focused on customer obsession, intellectual honesty, accountability, experimentation, and continuous learning.\nQualifications\nRequired/minimum qualifications\nBachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.\nOther Requirements\nAbility to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check. This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.\nPreferred Qualifications\n4+ years of experience in product management, program management, or building large scale platform or commerce systems.\nExperience driving complex, cross team initiatives from strategy through delivery.\nWritten and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior and executive audiences.\nExperience leading projects with empathy, operate inclusively, and build trust across diverse stakeholders.\nExperience working on platforms, marketplaces, APIs, or developer ecosystems.\nSystems thinking, with the ability to design capabilities that scale across products, customers, and geographies.\nExperience using data, experimentation, and customer insights to drive prioritization and measure impact.\nProduct Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $160,200 - $261,000 per year.\nCertain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
