# Senior Technical Program Manager, AI Content Capabilities

OverviewMicrosoft's Commercial Marketing teams are in a period of rapid evolution. AI is changing how content gets made, and the teams that adapt will reach customers faster and with more consistent quality. We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager, AI Content Capabilities to lead that shift as part of our Marketing Technology organization, building AI-powered products and reusable content capabilities that will enable 900+ marketers to own more of the path from idea to finished, on-brand content. This individual will bridge marketing content expertise and technical implementation, working across content capability leads, Engineering, Design, and platform teams to prototype AI-powered skills, define how their quality is evaluated, and establish reusable patterns for grounding, orchestration, integrations, and human review. They will help take capabilities from experimentation through implementation and scale, ensuring teams reuse proven approaches rather than solving the same technical problems independently across content types.
