# Senior Technical Program Manager - AI Transformation

We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead AI transformation for MSC engineering, driving the adoptionof agentic engineeringacross the full software development lifecycle, from requirements and design through coding, code review, testing, security, deployment, and operations, and delivering measurable improvements in execution and delivery outcomes. In this role, you will own the strategy and execution for AI transformation across MSC. You will partner with the AI v-team led by the MSC CTO and leaders across the organization to translate priority engineering scenarios into scalable AI-enabled capabilities.
