Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, code, test and deploy robust, scalable full-stack features for the web-based business management platform, using C#, .NET, Azure and modern web frameworks.\n\nDesign and build AI-powered and agentic experiences using LLMs, including prompt design, evaluation and quality measurement, grounding, and responsible AI practices.\n\nWork closely with PMs, UX designers and engineers to turn complex business requirements into well-designed technical solutions.\n\nTake part in agile planning, design sessions and sprint retrospectives.\n\nImprove quality through code reviews, unit tests and automation.\n\nHelp keep the live service healthy: monitor performance, resolve production issues and join the on-call rotation.\n\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications:\nAND technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or PythonOR equivalent experience.Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field \n\nPreferred qualifications:\nMaster's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or PythonOR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python\nOR equivalent experience. \n\nProfessional experience building and shipping production software, preferably cloud services.\nProfessional full-stack experience with a track record of shipping commercial software.\nHands-on experience with an object-oriented language such as C# or TypeScript.\nSolid problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in an agile team.\nExcellent written and verbal communication.\nAn understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering and agentic workflows.\nFamiliarity with CI/CD, automated testing and modern DevOps practices.\nExperience with modern front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.\nExperience building on a cloud platform such as Azure, AWS or GAE.\nSkill with relational databases, SQL and data modeling.\nExperience with complex, data-heavy business applications.\nOther Requirements:\nAbility to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
