You'll work closely with our product and design teams to deliver on the vision.\nImplement, evaluate, and deploy AI-powered applications and services\n\nDevelop and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and other deep learning models\n\nWrite clean, maintainable, and scalable code for model training, evaluation, and inference pipelines.\n\nOptimize AI models for performance, latency, and cost efficiency in production environments.\n\nApply prompt engineering to enhance model outputs and performance.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into our products.\n\nStay current with emerging research, tools, and frameworks in AI/ML to drive innovation.\n\nConduct experiments, analyze results, and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or PythonOR equivalent experience.\n\nOther Requirements:\nAbility to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
