As a result, our customers are better served.\nResponsibilities\nDesign and implement scalable test strategies and automation that validate end-to-end scenarios across the Fabric Platform, with emphasis on cross-workload integration and real-world usage patterns. \nPartner closely with engineering, PM, and SRE teams to embed quality early in the development lifecycle and ensure reliable, production-ready releases. \nBuild and evolve intelligent test infrastructure that leverages telemetry, synthetic data, and production signals to detect issues before they impact customers. \nIdentify systemic quality risks across services and drive improvements in reliability, performance, and resilience at cloud scale. \nContribute to a culture of continuous quality by improving test coverage, reducing gaps, and enabling faster, more confident delivery. \nInvestigate complex issues in distributed systems, using data-driven approaches to isolate root causes and validate fixes effectively. Embody our culture and values \n\nQualifications\n Strong full-stack software engineering background: You have at least 4+ years of proven hands-on software development experience, with strong object-oriented design and coding skills. \nDeep proficiency in at least one backend OO language, solid knowledge of SQL and stored procedures, and hands-on frontend experience with React or Angular(or a comparable modern framework)\n\nProven ability to operateindependently and lead through ambiguity: Able to independently own and drive small-to-medium engineering projects end to end in a dynamic, fast-changing environment. \nDemonstrated ability to make sound technical decisions, resolve ambiguity, and move forward independently.\n\nStrong engineering fundamentals and result driven mindset: Demonstrated ability to design, build, debug, and troubleshoot complex software systems, with an instinct for identifying failure modes, and edge cases while not compromising on quality\n\nJob Requirements: Other & Additional\nAbility to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
