You will practice mature engineering and prioritize responsiveness, accessibility, and maintainability while partnering across disciplines and other teams to bring delightful, Minecrafty product experiences to life.\nResponsibilities\nBuild and maintain modern web applications and UI components that deliver engaging, high-quality experiences for Minecraft players\nImplement features using modern web technologies such as React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS while following established engineering standards and best practices\nCollaborate with engineers, designers, product managers, and other partners to deliver customer-focused web experiences\nContribute to shared UI components, libraries, and platform capabilities that improve consistency, accessibility, and developer productivity across Minecraft web experiences\nHelp ensure web applications meet quality standards for accessibility, performance, reliability, security, and maintainability\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or PythonOR equivalent experience\n\n2+ years of experience building web applications using Web UI framework such as React, TypeScript, HTML, JavaScript and CSS\n2+ years experience consuming REST APIs and integrating front-end applications with backend services\n2+ years experience using source control systems such as Git and troubleshooting and debugging web applications\nPreferred Qualifications:\nUnderstanding of modern web development concepts, including responsive design, browser fundamentals, and web application architecture\nFamiliarity with component-based design systems or reusable UI libraries\nUnderstanding of web accessibility standards and inclusive design principles\nExperience collaborating in a cross-functional Agile development environment\nPassion for crafting delightful user experiences and attention to details\nIn the end, it’s the people of Mojang Studios that make this place truly special.
