You will be a key member of our engineering team, drive full end to end engineering cycle of critical scenario, collaborate with internal partner teams and plan, design, implement and manage our service fundamental with high quality,\nIn this role you will:\nWork across organizations, collaborating with internal partner teams such as Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Platform Engineering teams like AKS/App service and etc. \nBuild and maintain secure, distributed, scalable, and resilient service infrastructure using modern technologies. \nEnforce cloud security best practices, identity and access management (IAM), network security, and compliance standards. \nArchitect, build, and maintain scalable, robust automation frameworks and tools for backend services, APIs, and frontend applications. \nEstablish and implement mature and efficient DevOps processes such as SDP (release), Livesite, buildout environment and tool chains for high service reliability and availability. \nParticipate in On-Call and Site Reliability rotations, ensuring live-site health and driving engineered solutions. \nExecuting the full software development lifecycle from architecture and implementation to deployment and live service operations-with accountability for service quality and resilience. \nParticipating in engineering excellence initiatives, including code reviews, architecture discussions, and process improvements. \nQualifications\nRequired/Minimum Qualifications:\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.OR equivalent experience.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Science or other technical field. \n3+ years of software engineering experience building and shipping apps and/or services. \nGood learning ability. \nGood technical design skills and proven ability to drive system designs for commercial projects or products. \nGood English communication skill. \nAmbitious, self-motivated. \nAgile, can-do attitude and great at dealing with ambiguity. \nSolid coding, debugging and problem-solving skills. \nSolid knowledge of object-oriented programming language paradigms. \nExperience in developing online services.\nGood AI assisted coding practice.\nThis position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.\nMicrosoft is an equal opportunity employer.
