(Legally authorizedmeans having citizenship or having been granted a valid visa or work permit.)\n\nAvailability to work part-time (up to 20 hours/week) for the full duration of the program, hybrid with on-site work at MDCC.\n\nAt least one year of programming experience in an object-oriented language (e.g., C#, Python, Java, C++, JavaScript, etc.).\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in English.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nFamiliarity with system design concepts, including scalability, reliability, and modular architecture.\n\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstratedthrough coursework, projects, or competitions.\n\nFamiliarity with software development concepts like version control, AI-assisted code generation, evals, and cloud computing.\n\nThis position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.\nMicrosoft is an equal opportunity employer.
