This role empowers you to shape customer intent, build pipeline, and deliver measurable impact while deepening your expertise in AI sales motions and contributing to a high-performance, learning-driven culture.\nResponsibilities\nDrive AI transformation deals by conducting consultative selling conversations with business decision makers (BDMs), showcasing the value of Copilot, Copilot Studio, Viva, and Agents at Work. \nAct as a trusted advisor by aligning AI solutions to customer priorities, building compelling ROI-based business cases, and qualifying deals effectively. \nAccelerate paid Copilot growth through immersive engagements, extensibility strategies, and security-focused narratives. - Partner with others cross-organizationally and support the development of end-to-end sales motions for Copilot Studio and Cloud PC/Virtualization (Windows 365 and AVD), including Intune Suite attach opportunities. \nGrow frontline worker (FLW) sockets and Copilot adoption, driving upsell and customer prioritization in collaboration with Digital Sales and Engineering teams. \nSupport Teams Phone and ME5 opportunities through partner-led motions and orchestrate deal closure with Commercial Executives. \nEngage with internal stakeholders to help build new pipeline and secure customer intent to buy by leveraging digital signals, partner workshops, and marketing events. \nMaintain accurate account plans and MSX updates, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and consumption milestones. \nCoordinate cross-solution opportunities across Security, Business Applications, Surface, and Azure, partnering with ATU, CSU, FastTrack, and other stakeholders\nQualifications\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, or related field AND experience in technology-related sales or account management - OR equivalent experience.\nExperience forecasting, developing demand and building pipeline, and leading/orchestrating complex, matrixed teams. - Experience with Copilot, Generative and Agentic AI - Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and Copilot architecture \nExperience building AI Agents - Strong communication and customer engagement skills Preferred Qualifications - Master's Degree in Business Administration (i.e., MBA), Information Technology, Information Security, or related field AND extensive experience in technology-related sales or account management - OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, or related field AND extensive experience in technology-related sales or account management - OR equivalent experience.\nThis position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.\nMicrosoft is an equal opportunity employer.
