Your mission is to win technical decisions and accelerate adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Copilot Studio and Agents, and related solutions by delivering compelling demos, envisioning sessions, and scalable architectures. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through secure, compliant, and value-driven implementations that align with their enterprise strategies.\nThis role is pivotal in shaping the future of work by enabling customers to realize the full potential of AI-powered productivity. You will collaborate closely with sales, customer success, engineering, and partner teams to remove technical blockers, generate pipeline, and ensure seamless handoffs for deployment and adoption. Your success will be measured by technical wins, customer adoption, partner engagement, and your contributions to a high-performance, learning-oriented team culture.\nDrive AI transformation by orchestrating complex technical engagements across multiple stakeholders.\nLead architecture design for secure, scalable solutions aligned with enterprise strategy.\nInfluence product and go-to-market strategy by providing structured feedback to engineering and sales leadership.\nProactively identify and escalate unresolved technical blockers through formal channels.\nChampion compliance, diversity, and inclusion by modeling ethical behavior and inclusive practices. \nResponsibilities\nLead AI transformation engagements (e.g., demos and pilots) to win technical decisions and drive customer commitment to Copilot and Agents. This includes documenting adoption plans and ensuring a smooth handoff to Customer Success teams or partners for usage onboarding.\nSupport AI Workforce SSP hunting efforts by engaging with customer contacts, qualifying leads, and identifying partner co-sell opportunities.\nAssist with ME3, ME5, and ME7 upsell opportunities.\nGenerate new pipeline and competitive wins for M365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Copilot Studio and Agents, ME3, ME5, ME7, and Frontline Worker solutions. Deliver impactful AI-powered demos and Art of the Possible sessions, remove technical blockers, and highlight Microsoft’s differentiation to secure deals and protect the installed base.\nCraft scalable, secure, and modular architectures that align with the customer’s enterprise strategy and technical roadmap while embedding security at every level.\nMaintain operational excellence with 100% deal hygiene: capture technical close plans and consumption plans in MSX for every opportunity, attach a partner to every qualified deal, and promptly escalate unresolved technical blockers.\nContinuously upskill to meet role expectations by achieving L200 consultative and L400 technical-depth certifications. Contribute to team excellence by sharing at least one deal win or loss insight per quarter and engaging in regular coaching.\nQualifications\nRequired/Minimum Qualifications\nA bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and 3+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience; a master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and 3+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience; 3+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience; or equivalent experience.\n\nAdditional or Preferred Qualifications\n3+ years of solution or services sales experience.\nProven ability to build and maintain strong business and executive relationships.\nStrong grasp of sales cycles and strategic decision-making.\nSkilled in consultative selling and persuasive negotiation.\nAble to manage and optimize sales pipelines through informed change processes.\nFocused on advancing opportunities for both current and future customers. \nThis position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.\nMicrosoft is an equal opportunity employer.
