You will collaborate closely with sales, customer success, engineering, and partner teams to remove technical blockers, generate pipeline, and ensure seamless handoffs for deployment and adoption. Your success will be measured by technical wins, customer adoption, partner engagement, and your contributions to a high-performance, learning-oriented team culture\nDrive AI transformation by orchestrating complex technical engagements across multiple stakeholders.\nLead architecture design for secure, scalable solutions aligned with enterprise strategy.\nMentor IC3-IC4 engineers and lead peer learning sessions to elevate team capability.\nInfluence product and go-to-market strategy by providing structured feedback to engineering and sales leadership.\nProactively identify and escalate unresolved technical blockers through formal channels.\nChampion compliance, diversity, and inclusion by modeling ethical behavior and inclusive practices\nResponsibilities\nLead AI transformation engagements (e.g. demos, pilots) to win technical decisions and drive customer commitment to Copilot/Agents, including documented adoption plans and a smooth hand-off to Customer Success/partners for usage onboarding.\nSupport AI Workforce SSP hunting effort by engaging w/customer contacts, lead qual., and partner co-sell opportunities\nAssist in ME3 , ME5 , ME7 , Agent 365 upsell opportunities focused on Teams Phone that require technical support, and bring in a partner for co-sell.\nGenerate new pipeline and competitive wins for M365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Copilot Studio & Agents, ME3 and Frontline Worker by delivering impactful AI-powered demos/Art-of-Possible sessions, removing technical blockers, and highlighting Microsoft’s differentiation to secure deals and protect the install base.\nCraft scalable, secure, and modular architectures that align to customer’s enterprise strategy and technical roadmap while embedding security at every level.\nMaintain operational excellence with 100% deal hygiene - capture technical close plans and consumption plans in MSX for every opportunity, attach a partner to every qualified deal, and promptly escalate unresolved technical blockers.\nContinuously upskill to meet role expectations (achieve L200 consultative and L400 technical depth certifications) and contribute to team excellence by sharing at least one deal win/loss insight per quarter and engaging in regular coaching.\nQualifications\nCore Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n8-10 years of Experience in pre-sales, solution engineering, technical consulting, or customer-facing technical roles.\nStrong understanding of Microsoft Copilot technologies, Generative AI, and AI-powered productivity solutions.\nTechnical Skills\nKnowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Power Platform, and Azure AI services.\nUnderstanding of Microsoft 365 workloads such as:Microsoft Teams\nSharePoint\nOutlook\nWord, Excel, and PowerPoint\n\nBasic to advanced knowledge of cloud architecture, identity, security, and compliance concepts.\nAbility to build demos, proof-of-concepts, and customer solution architectures.\nCustomer & Business Skills\nExperience conducting customer discovery sessions and identifying business challenges.\nAbility to translate business requirements into AI-powered solutions.\nStrong presentation, storytelling, and executive communication skills.\nExperience leading technical demonstrations and workshops.\nPreferred Experience\nExperience with AI, machine learning, prompt engineering, or conversational agents.\nKnowledge of enterprise productivity, business process automation, and digital transformation.\nRelevant Microsoft certifications (for example, Azure AI, Power Platform, or Microsoft 365 certifications\nThis position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.\nMicrosoft is an equal opportunity employer.
