You will work with sales specialists, customer success teams, partners and engineering to discover high-value scenarios, demonstrate solutions and build technical confidence. This Sydney-based role is designed for an early-career professional with 3-5 years of relevant experience who wants to deepen technical expertise while becoming a trusted customer advisor.\nResponsibilities\nLead customer discovery, envisioning sessions, demonstrations, workshops and proof-of-concept activities for Copilot and AI agents.\n\nTranslate business priorities into secure, scalable solution designs using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, connectors, actions, groundingand orchestration patterns.\n\nBuild customer-relevant demonstrations, agent prototypes and technical proof points that make business value tangible.\n\nAdvise ondata readiness, security, compliance, responsible AI, agent governance, lifecycle managementand adoption considerations.\n\nPartner with Specialists, Customer Success, FastTrack, engineering teamsand delivery partners to remove blockers and progress the technical decision.\n\nConnect technical work to measurable outcomes, including productivity, employee experience, process improvement, risk reductionand time to value.\n\nMaintain strong execution discipline by documenting decisions, risks, success criteria, next stepsand opportunity milestones.\n\nInvest in continuous learning, share reusable demonstrations and agent patterns, and contribute to the wider Solution Engineering community.\n\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n\n1-3 years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution consulting, technology delivery, cloud consulting, business applications, automation or a related customer-facing technical role.\n\nFoundational technical knowledge across Microsoft 365, cloud platforms, identity, security, data, integration or low-code development.\n\nExperience explaining technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences through presentations, demonstrations or workshops.\n\nAbility to learn quickly, work across teams, manage competing priorities and follow through on commitments.\n\nPreferred qualifications\nHands-on exposure to Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure AI, Microsoft Foundry, Microsoft Graph, Dataverse or related agent and automation technologies.\n\nExperience building prototypes, copilots, agents, workflows, applications or integrations using low-code or pro-code tools.\n\nUnderstanding of prompt design, agent grounding, connectors and actions, orchestration, testing, evaluation and responsible AI practices.\n\nFamiliarity with enterprise security, compliance, data governance, adoption or change-management requirements.\n\nRelevant Microsoft fundamentals, Power Platform, Copilot or Azure certifications.
