This is a high-impact leadership role, combining people leadership, technical depth and customer engagement.\nYou will lead a team focused on helping customers reimagine their business processes across CRM, ERP, Contact Centre and Power Platform, driving transformation through innovative, outcome-driven solutions.\nThis role suits a hands-on leader who is equally comfortable coaching a team, shaping technical strategy, and engaging directly with senior stakeholders and C-level leaders.\nResponsibilities\nLead, coach and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, inclusion, growth and high impact\nBuild and execute the team’s technical business plan, including account and territory planning, pipeline development and fiscal performance\nPartner across sales, customer success and the partner ecosystem to shape strategy, unblock challenges and drive technical wins\nBuild trusted relationships with customers and senior stakeholders, guiding technology decisions aligned to business outcomes\nCoach the team to diagnose complex challenges, challenge assumptions and deliver innovative, outcome-focused solutions\nDrive a customer-centric culture, ensuring deep understanding of customer needs and long-term priorities\nEnsure technical excellence and consistency across engagements through best practice, orchestration and strong execution\nChampion AI readiness and innovation, positioning Microsoft as a strategic thought partner\nAct as a key technical leader in market, bringing industry insight and thought leadership to customers and internal teams\nOperate with executive maturity, navigating ambiguity and driving outcomes in high-pressure environments\nQualifications\nProven experience leading and developing technical or solution engineering teams\nStrong background in business applications (CRM, ERP, Contact Centre, or automation platforms)\nExperience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders, including C-suite\nDemonstrated ability to drive customer-focused solutions and measurable business outcomes\nExperience operating in enterprise customer environments\nPreferred qualifications\nExperience with Power Platform or low-code automation technologies\nBackground in pre-sales, solution consulting or technical sales leadership\nExposure to public sector (government, healthcare) environments\nStrong storytelling and executive communication skills\nAbility to balance hands-on technical engagement with strategic leadership\nThis position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.\nMicrosoft is an equal opportunity employer.
