Proficiency in supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms is a plus.\nExperience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Agents, and AI-powered workplace solutions, including adoption, operational best practices, governance, security, and compliance across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft 365 security, identity, compliance, and data governance capabilities, including Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Purview, and Agent 365 is a plus.\nAbility to meet Microsoft, customer and / or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
