Each day, we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.\nResponsibilities\nKey Responsibilities\nDrive delivery of data, analytics, AI, and web application platform initiatives supporting Finance Transformation objectives. \nPartner with engineering teams to define requirements, technical roadmaps, architecture, and implementation plans.\nBuild and scale solutions leveraging Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, Copilot, Azure, APIs, and modern web technologies.\nLead program planning, roadmap development, sprint execution, release management, milestone tracking, and cross-team coordination using Agile methodologies for data platforms, analytics, automation, or AI solutions\nDevelop data-driven approaches to improve operational efficiency, reporting, decision-making, and user experiences.\nDefine telemetry, success metrics, and continuous improvement mechanisms.\nCoordinate cross-functional execution across engineering, product, design, and business stakeholders.\nIdentify opportunities to automate manual processes and accelerate adoption of AI-enabled workflows.\nSupport experimentation, prototyping, and transition of successful solutions into scalable production capabilities.\n\nQualifications\nRequired/Minimum qualifications\nBachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.\n1+ year(s) of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.\nAdditional or Preferred qualifications\nBachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.\n4+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.\n1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).\nHands-on experience with major cloud platforms, including Azure, AWS, and GCP, as well as AI/ML tools.\nStrong analytical abilities, with a background in data modeling, visualization, and reporting using tools such as Power BI, SQL, C# or Python would be a plus.\nDemonstrated skill in communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.\nEnthusiastic about creating scalable, reliable, and user-focused solutions.\nFamiliar with Agile and Scrum methodologies, and experienced with tools like Azure DevOps.\n\nTechnical Program Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $102,100 - $202,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,800 - $219,200 per year.\nCertain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
