The team is responsible for identifying data-based insights, solutions and supporting end-to-end projects across the various ARC teams. They build connective tissue across ARC and external stakeholders via analytics and technology.\nAs the Technical Program Manager, Data Analytics, you are experienced and comfortable in providing insightful data analytics and implementing automation, as well as building low-code, no-code platforms for our customers. This role needs to apply a breadth of tools that aggregate information from multiple data sources to create a complete business view and translate the data into actionable insights. Additionally, you will build platforms and features, including agents, for use by ARC. Join us to do meaningful work that changes the world and helps shape what’s next for everyone.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop or partner with Engineering to design solutions to complex technical needs. \nProposes, designs, builds and delivers solutions that transform large raw data sets into actionable insights and support on-going operational usage. \nCollaborate with our business partners to understand objectives, identify opportunities, and prioritize projects to deliver maximum business impact and return on investment. \nEnsure delivered solutions are stable, supportable, compliant, extensible, and trusted by our business partners.\nImprove business process leveraging automation, AI (artificial intelligence), and agents. \nEducate customers on how to leverage large data sets as an asset for their function/business. \nDrive data standards and continuous improvement feedback loop. \nEmbody our culture and values\nQualifications\nRequired/minimum qualifications\nBachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.\n1+ year(s) of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.\nAdditional or preferred qualifications\nBachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.\n4+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.\n1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).\n2+ years of demonstrated work experience in business intelligence, data analysis, technical solutions, or related field.\nDemonstrated ability to process data using SQL and Python.\nSQL Server Analysis Services cube.\nExperience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, etc.).\nExperience in creating data visualizations and modeling using technologies like T-SQL, Power BI (DAX and M Query), Excel, KQL, Azure (ADF), and Python.\nDemonstrated ability to work through ambiguity and put forward creative, innovative solutions.\nEffective in communicating approaches, insights, and project status; solid communication skills, particularly the ability to synthesize complex issues/scenarios into easy-to-understand concepts.\nPossess a solid work ethic and be self-sufficient and comfortable working in a complex and fast paced environment.\nAbility to balance competing demands for resources and adapt to changing priorities.\nDemonstrated experience with Microsoft AI solutions, including experience in designing AI solutions and suggesting the optimal fit for business needs. \nTechnical Program Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $102,100 - $202,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,800 - $219,200 per year.\nCertain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
