Safety\n\nPerform quality assurance checks to ensure reports are accurate, complete, and compliant with client requirements.\n\nEnsure reporting outputs align with agreed client SLAs, contractual obligations, and internal standards.\n\nValidate source data and investigate inconsistencies before report submission.\n\nMaintain reporting databases, trackers, and source files to ensure data integrity and auditability.\n\nOperations\n\nAssist in preparing recurring and ad hoc business reports.\n\nGather, consolidate, and organize data from various sources.\n\nMaintain report templates, schedules, documentation, and reporting records.\n\nSupport report analysis and other reporting-related activities as assigned.\n\nTeam Management \n\nCommunicate reporting requirements, deadlines, and data requests to managers, stakeholders, and designated point persons across Millennium, ensuring expectations are clearly understood and aligned with agreed client SLAs.\n\nBuild and maintain strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders, including State Managers, General Managers, and operational leaders, to facilitate collaboration and the timely provision of reporting inputs.\n\nQualifications:\nComputer literate with intermediate to advanced skill in operation of:\n\nWord, Excel, Office, Adobe PDF Suite\n\nData documentation and cloud-based storage\n\nDemonstrated ability to communicate at all levels\n\nStrong knowledge of business reporting processes, data management, quality assurance, and data validation principles to ensure accurate and compliant reporting outputs.\n\nProficiency in reporting tools and systems, including advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting databases, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends or inconsistencies.\n\nDemonstrated ability to collaborate with stakeholders and operational leaders to obtain reporting inputs, manage expectations, and support business reporting requirements.\n\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.\n\n3–5 years of experience in reporting, data administration, business analysis support, or a related role.\n\n---About MicroSourcing\n\nWith over 9,000 professionals across 13 delivery centers, MicroSourcing is the pioneer and largest offshore provider of managed services in the Philippines.\n\nOur commitment to 100% YOU\n\nMicroSourcing firmly believes that our company's strength lies in our people's diversity and talent.
