Apply now!\n\nRemote | Day Shift\n\nCompetitive Total Rewards (Compensation, Allowance, HMO, and Paid Time Off)\n\nCompany Provided Equipment\n\nDiscover your 100% YOU with Beepo!\n\nPosition: Offshore Production Coordinator\n\nLocation: Central Luzon\nWork setup & shift: Remote| Day Shift\nWhat's in it for you?\nCompetitive Total Rewards (Compensation, Allowance, HMO, and Paid Time Off)\nEmployee Referral Program\nWork Life Balance\n\nYour Role\nAs a Offshore Production Coordinator, you are responsible for:\n\nCoordinate the day-to-day execution of production, operational, or order fulfillment activities.\n\nMonitor job progress, production schedules, and delivery timelines to ensure timely completion.\n\nCommunicate with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to provide updates, resolve issues, and manage priorities.\n\nMaintain accurate production records, job documentation, and operational reports.\n\nTrack multiple jobs simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.\n\nIdentify production delays, workflow bottlenecks, or operational risks and escalate issues as appropriate.\n\nSupport inventory, procurement, logistics, or supply chain coordination activities, where applicable.\n\nUtilize job management, ERP, or workflow systems to manage production activities and maintain data accuracy.\n\nAssist in developing and improving operational processes to enhance productivity and service delivery.\n\nPerform other coordination and administrative duties as required.\n\nQualifications and Experience:\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.\n\nExperience in production coordination, operations, supply chain, order fulfillment, or a similar coordination role.\n\nStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\n\nStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.\n\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.\n\nPreferred/Nice to Have:\nExperience supporting offshore teams or shared services operations.\n\nExperience using job management, ERP, or workflow management systems.\n\nFamiliarity with production planning, order management, logistics, or supply chain processes.\n\nExperience coordinating with suppliers, vendors, or cross-functional operational teams.\n\nExperience in the promotional products, manufacturing, printing, retail, or distribution industry is an advantage.\n\nExposure to process improvement or operational efficiency initiatives.\n\nAbout Beepo\nBeepo is a Probe Group company, a full-service Australian-owned outsourcing company, with a team of 15,000 across 6 countries — the largest, and most diverse Australian-owned customer experience outsourcing provider.\n\nOur Beepo office is located in Clark, Pampanga.
