inclusive culture.\n\nYour Role:As a Power BI Developer, you will:\n\nDesign, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI.\n\nGather and analyze business requirements to translate data into meaningful insights and reporting solutions.\n\nDevelop and optimize data models, datasets, and reporting frameworks to support business decision-making.\n\nCreate and maintain DAX calculations, measures, KPIs, and Power Query transformations.\n\nConnect, integrate, and manage data from multiple sources including databases, cloud platforms, APIs, and enterprise applications.\n\nMonitor report performance and implement optimizations to improve efficiency and scalability.\n\nCollaborate with stakeholders, business users, analysts, and technical teams to understand reporting needs.\n\nEnsure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across reporting solutions.\n\nTroubleshoot reporting issues and provide ongoing support and enhancements.\n\nDocument reporting processes, data definitions, and technical specifications.\n\nWhat You Need:Non-negotiables\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.\n\nAt least 3 years of experience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI.\n\nStrong proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and Power Query.\n\nAdvanced knowledge of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and data modeling concepts.\n\nStrong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.\n\nExperience gathering business requirements and translating them into reporting solutions.\n\nKnowledge of ETL processes, data transformation, and data warehousing concepts.\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\nPreferred skills/expertise\nExperience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, or Azure Data Lake.\n\nKnowledge of SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, and other Microsoft BI technologies.\n\nExperience working with large datasets and enterprise-scale reporting environments.\n\nFamiliarity with Python, R, or other data analytics tools.\n\nExperience with data governance, security models, and row-level security (RLS) in Power BI.\n\nExposure to cloud-based data platforms and modern analytics architectures.\n\nExperience building executive dashboards and KPI reporting
