Sourcing & Screening Proactively source candidates through job boards, social platforms, referrals, direct\noutreach, and database mining Engage with candidates sourced via our automation workstreams\n Conduct structured screening interviews to assess skills, experience, licensure, and\nalignment Identify high-quality candidates capable of rapid placement\n2. Candidate Engagement Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with healthcare professionals\n Provide consistent communication and updates throughout the hiring process\n Clearly communicate opportunity details, compensation, and expectations\n Deliver a positive, high-integrity candidate experience\n3. Client Collaboration Understand client staffing requirements, timelines, and urgency\n Present qualified candidates aligned with client needs\n Act with responsiveness and accountability in high-priority searches\n4. Offer Management & Closing Support compensation discussions and offer negotiations\n Guide candidates through acceptance and onboarding steps\n Drive placement velocity while maintaining quality standards\n5. Data & System Management Maintain accurate and organized candidate records\n Track pipeline movement and placement metrics\n Ensure documentation is complete and current\nInitially, activity tracking will occur via spreadsheet reporting.
