About the Role
Strategy’s Senior Sales Engineers have a key role in Turkey. As pre-sales experts, our Sales Engineers work directly with customers and international colleagues to help secure results for a global, market-leading, publicly listed company (NASDAQ: MSTR).
You will work directly with customers and international colleagues and Regional Partners to win new business and expand existing relationships for our global, market-leading, NASDAQ-listed company (MSTR).
You will partner with Account Executives and Customer Success teams to design data and analytics solutions on the Strategy AI BI Platform, helping customers turn data into actionable insights. You will also collaborate with Product and Consulting to feed customer needs into our roadmap.
Your primary mission is to design and present solutions that solve customers’ business problems, prove the value of the Strategy platform, and remove all technical objections during the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
Pre - Sales & Customer Engagement
Partner with Account Executives to understand customer priorities, challenges, and decision criteria.
Design and present technical solutions that clearly demonstrate the value of the Strategy platform.
Prepare and deliver tailored product demonstrations (onsite and remote).
Build and deliver Proof of Concepts (PoCs) that validate customer use cases and success metrics.
Respond to RFIs, RFPs, and technical questionnaires, ensuring completeness and quality.
Address technical objections and concerns, acting as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders (business and IT).
Solution Design & Handover
Translate business requirements into solution architectures and implementation approaches.
Collaborate with Consulting and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth handover from pre-sales to delivery.
Provide structured feedback from customers and partners to Product Management to influence roadmap and enhancements.
Partner & Ecosystem Enablement
Work with Regional Partners to understand their capabilities and drive enablement on Strategy products.
Support key partners in building and growing their Strategy-based business (e.g., joint demos, PoCs, workshops).
Contribute to partner training sessions, certifications, and solution development.
Market Development & Evangelism
Support marketing initiatives such as events, webinars, Strategy Days, and industry conferences.
Contribute to technical marketing content (presentations, solution briefs, demo scripts, best practice guides).
Help drive pipeline generation by showcasing Strategy’s value through thought-leadership and solution expertise.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a pre-sales, sales engineering, solution consulting, or similar customer-facing technical role, ideally in Enterprise Analytics, AI & BI, Data Platforms.
Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments (databases, data warehouses, cloud platforms, integration, security).
Hands-on experience with at least some of the following:
BI / Analytics / Data platforms (Strategy, Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik, SAP Analytics Cloud, Quicksight, Business Objects, Cognos, Looker)
SQL and data modelling
Web technologies, APIs, or integration methods
Understanding of Cloud platforms like (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Proven track record of delivering technical presentations and demos to both business and technical audiences.
Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
Fluent in Turkish and English (written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with large enterprises in Turkey or the broader region.
Background in analytics, performance management, data-driven applications, or similar solutions.
Experience running structured PoCs and defining success criteria with customers.
Familiarity with partner ecosystems (system integrators, resellers, consulting partners).
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, international environment.
Understanding of Containerized Platforms
