You are proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to balance operational priorities with long-term strategic objectives.\nIn this role, you will\nDesign, implement, and support enterprise LAN, WAN, wireless, and SD-WAN environments.\nDevelop and execute network infrastructure strategies that align with business objectives.\nDeploy, configure, and maintain Cisco Meraki, Cisco Catalyst, and Cisco Nexus platforms.\nLead network modernization, upgrade, and security enhancement projects.\nMonitor network performance, availability, and capacity; recommend and implement improvements.\nTroubleshoot complex networking issues involving routing, switching, wireless connectivity, VPNs, and remote access.\nConfigure and maintain secure VPN and firewall solutions.\nManage ISP relationships, telecommunications services, and network vendors.\nMaintain accurate network documentation, standards, and operational procedures.\nPartner with IT and business stakeholders to support infrastructure and operational needs.\nProvide after-hours support for planned maintenance and critical incidents as needed.\nTo be successful in this role requires\nA bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience/certifications.\n7+ years of experience supporting and administering enterprise network environments.\nAdvanced experience with Cisco Meraki switches, wireless access points, and security appliances.\nDemonstrated experience with Cisco Nexus and Cisco Catalyst platforms.\nExpertise in enterprise routing and switching technologies.\nExperience designing and supporting SD-WAN and multi-site network architectures.\nStrong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SSL/TLS, SSH, NFS, and CIFS.\nExperience managing ISP circuits and vendor relationships.\nExpertise in VPN technologies, firewall administration, and network security best practices.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively across teams.\nAbility to lift and transport networking equipment up to 50 pounds when required.\nEven better if you have\nCCNP, CCIE, or comparable networking certification.\nExperience with Fortinet firewalls and advanced security solutions.\nHands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls.\nExperience supporting Azure networking environments.\nKnowledge of network monitoring, automation, and infrastructure management tools.\nFamiliarity with encryption technologies and secure data transmission practices.\nWhat we offer\nAt MicroVision, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside talented professionals, contribute to innovative technology, and grow your career in an environment that values curiosity, accountability, and teamwork.
