This role may require loading, unloading, and coordination with equipment operators.\nKey Responsibilities\nOperate a dump truck safely to move materials from one facility to another as well as within the yard.\nLoad, transport, and unload materials as directed\nPerform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections\nFollow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines\nMaintain communication with supervisors and yard personnel\nKeep work areas clean and organized\nReport mechanical issues or safety concerns immediately\nRequirements\nQualifications\nMust hold a commercial Class A driver's license.\nMust have a clean driver's record.\nPrior experience operating dump trucks or heavy equipment.\nDOT Medical Card or the ability to obtain one.\nMust pass pre-employment drug screening and background check\nSubject to random drug/alcohol testing \nWorking Conditions\nWork is performed in an outdoor industrial environment with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures.\nAbility to sit, climb, and operate equipment for extended periods.\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.\nGood hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.\nUse of personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory.\nPLEASE NOTE: The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job.
