This is a rare opportunity to start at the ground level of a fast-growing healthcare practice. We offer a flexible work schedule and 100% remote environment.\nCore Responsibilities \nProcess clinician time off, schedule changes, and Clinician Hub requests following established guidelines.\nComplete assigned queue expectations, updating availability, administrative blocks, and recurring adjustments.\nManage patient rescheduling workflows resulting from schedule updates.\nMaintain accurate documentation and ticket categorization.\nPrioritize requests by urgency and patient impact, maintaining ownership through resolution and escalating barriers promptly.\nCross-Functional Responsibilities \nTeam members may be cross-trained and assigned across Scheduling work-streams based on business need, volume, coverage, and demonstrated proficiency. This may include: \n Urgent Scheduling Support: Manage urgent callouts, disruptions, and time-sensitive patient rescheduling.\nSchedule Building: Build and maintain schedules, templates, appointment durations, and ramp schedules, auditing for accuracy.\nQueue Flexing & Coverage: Adapt dynamically across queues and provide backup support during PTO, volume spikes, or launches.\nSpecial Projects & Learning: Support onboarding/offboarding, process testing, cleanups, and ongoing cross-training. \nNote: Scheduling Specialists are expected to maintain proficiency across multiple workflows, with primary assignments shifting based on operational demand. \nMinimum Requirements: \nThe qualified candidate will have experience in the following:\n Minimum of 1 year experience working for a digital healthcare company is required\nMinimum of five (5) years as a Clinical Scheduler building clinician schedules in AthenaHealth\n5+ years using AthenaHealth (Athena) required\nProficiency in scheduling across multiple time zones\nStrong attention to detail\nHours: The scheduling commitment for this role is as follows: Sunday through Thursday, 9:30am - 6pm PST. \nWhat we offer: \nCompensation: $30/hour, non-exempt\nFull Time, 40-hour work-week \nFully remote, work from home opportunity with a work-from-home monthly stipend\nBenefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k)\nAt this time, Midi is unable to provide visa sponsorship.
