have Fundamental certifications such as Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), AWS Cloud Practitioner, Cisco CCNA, IBM, VMware VCTA, Fortinet NSE, or similar are considered a plus.\nExperience\nFresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in Presales, Technical Support, IT Infrastructure, or System Administration.\nGood understanding of enterprise IT concepts, including networking, virtualization, cloud computing, cybersecurity, storage, or data center technologies.\nBasic knowledge of one or more leading technology vendors such as IBM, Citrix, VMware, Microsoft, Red Hat, Dell Technologies, HPE, Lenovo, Cisco, Fortinet, or similar is an advantage.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand customer business and technical requirements.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills with confidence in delivering technical presentations.\nStrong willingness to learn new technologies and build technical expertise through certifications and vendor training.\nInternship or academic projects related to enterprise infrastructure, cloud, networking, cybersecurity, or digital
