Internal Audit\nJob Scope\nThe Lead Specialist - Internal Audit is accountable for controlling the full audit cycle including risk and control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations.\nMain Duties and Responsibilities\nConduct reviews to assess both the accuracy and efficiency of functional areas, assess internal processes and controls and make recommendations reducing risks when necessary;\nEnsure proper implementation of internal audit policies and procedures and their proper compliance by the concerned companies;\nHandle the proper execution of tasks under the yearly audit plan;\nAssess the organization’s risk profile and develop an audit plan addressing the risks identified;\nPrepare reports based on audit results, audit documentation and client responses;\nAct as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement;\nIdentify loopholes and recommend risk aversion and cost saving measures;\nDocument process and prepare audit findings memorandum;\nDevelop policies and procedures, audit methodologies and supporting tools optimizing workflows accordingly;\nParticipate in due diligence in case of acquisitions;\nBuild, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders;\nSupport and assist the Financial Control team when required;\nOversee Internal Auditor(s) in their day-to-day activities and support when and as needed.\nPosition Requirements\nCIA, CPA, ACCA, CFE, DipIFR, or equivalent professional certification is an advantage.\nHands-on experience conducting both financial and operational audits.\nExperience preparing and presenting audit reports in English.\nFlexibility to travel.\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in Audit, Accounting or any related major\nExperience\nAt least 5 -
