S/He works towards optimizing sales volumes, maintaining vendor relations, acquiring new partnerships and coordinating marketing programs and activities in line with the Solution Teams.\nMain Duties and Responsibilities\nTechnical and Operations\nDefine the product strategy and roadmap on the assigned product line\nManage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities\nWork closely with the Sales Managers, in every territory, to map and develop the right channel for the product\nSpecify market requirements for current and future product(s) by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to potential and existing customers\nLead the vendors’ relations in alignment with the company’s strategy\nIdentify potential partners for the product(s)\nProvide and manage complex quotations\nEnsure a proper storage, tracking and control of inventory through an accurate stock management system\nOversee the implementation of targeted programs and marketing activities\nDevelop and deliver accurate sales forecasts and market development reports in line with business objectives\nEnsure the highest level of support and engagement with partners and respond in a timely manner with appropriate resources in order to meet customers’ needs\nHelp build a solid customer database and increase the number of customers\nMaintain and increase sales for the entire product line to generate long term revenue and profitability\nPromote the product(s) and the company within the region\nTalent Development\nLead and coach the team cultivating empowerment and ownership\nDevelop capabilities and secure a solid succession plan\nConduct regular performance reviews, identify training needs and oversee development plans.\nPosition Requirements\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Engineering or any other related field.\nExperience\nMinimum 5+ years in Product Management or Product Marketing\nProven experience in Networking & Security
