Title\nQuality Controller\nJob Scope\nThe Quality Controller is responsible for auditing Retail Shops and Service Centers according to the audit plan, performing regular evaluations of products and repairs, recording inspections and results, and recommending improvements based on findings.\nMain Duties and Responsibilities\nConduct weekly visits and audit the Retail Shops as per the retail audit program to ensure effective and efficient operating procedures in respect of sales, cash handling, stock management, trade-in process, fixed assets management, security, adherence to Apple planogram and to the shop manual issued by Head Office;\nConduct weekly visits and audit the Service Centers and the quality of repairs to ensure the smooth functioning of operations based on Apple Service Provider Manual, Operational Procedures, Service News, GSX, Apple guidelines (retail and service), and other updates set and released by Apple;\nFollow a checklist of tasks to be performed in the shop or service branch;\nCheck employees / Technicians’ certifications status and compliance;\nCheck tools availability and status;\nInspect between 20 to 50 total KBBs, highlight and report issues found;\nInspect full repair cycle from creation until closure;\nGuide the Technicians about issues found, explaining the root cause;\nExplain important OPs to Technicians and Managers when required;\nPresent findings to the local Manager;\nRecommend improvements to the repair process to ensure quality control;\nMonitor CCTV and follow-up on repairs;\nDocument and record inspections;\nExamine financial records and documentation to prepare audit reports;\nPresent findings to the upper Management in the forms of reports or presentations;\nGenerate and analyze all the necessary reports as advised by the Management;\nSupport with Vendor audit when required.\nPosition Requirements\nApple Certified Macintosh or IOS technician.\nGood oral and written communication skills (English is a must).\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, with CRM systems.\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive financial information\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Engineering\nExperience\nAt least 3 to 4 years of similar
