S/He achieves predefined sales targets, negotiates prices and manages quality and consistency of product and service delivery.\nMain Duties and Responsibilities\nBuild and sustain strong relationships with existing customers through regular visits, business reviews, and ongoing engagement initiatives.\n\nIdentify and evaluate potential clients, proactively develop new partnerships, and drive sales growth and new business opportunities.\n\nConduct customer visits to assess product and service needs, review orders, and follow up on deliveries and outstanding issues.\n\nNegotiate and finalize pricing and payment terms within approved limits, and report on actions taken and deals closed.\n\nKeep customers informed of product and service updates, new launches, and any modifications.\n\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date customer accounts and CRM records on a regular basis.\n\nCoordinate with the Direct Manager to approve payment facilities and set appropriate credit limits based on payment behavior and order history.\n\nHandle customer complaints professionally, take appropriate corrective action, and report outcomes to relevant stakeholders.\n\nPerform regular market visits, prepare competitor analysis reports, and provide recommendations to increase sales and strengthen market positioning.\n\nCollaborate with relevant departments on the launch of new products and services and stay informed of all updates and changes.\n\nEnsure smooth cross-functional coordination with Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to support campaigns, track sales performance, and ensure timely delivery.\n\nPosition Requirements\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or any other related field\nExperience\n0-3 years of
