The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project governance, stakeholder management, risk management, and end-to-end project delivery within enterprise IT environments.\nAs a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing complex projects, ensuring alignment with customer objectives, maintaining project profitability, and driving exceptional customer satisfaction.\nMain Duties and Responsibilities\nLead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of multiple concurrent projects.\nManage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and dependencies.\nEstablish project governance frameworks and ensure compliance with organizational delivery standards.\nServe as the primary point of contact for customers, executive stakeholders, and delivery teams.\nFacilitate project kick-off meetings, steering committees, status reviews, and executive reporting.\nDevelop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, communication plans, and project documentation.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams, including consultants, architects, engineers, partners, and third-party vendors.\nProactively identify project risks and issues and drive mitigation and resolution plans.\nTrack project financials, including revenue recognition, profitability, forecasting, and resource utilization.\nEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and delivery excellence.\nSupport contract and Statement of Work (SOW) management, change requests, and project governance processes.\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO.\nPosition Requirements\nRequired Qualifications\nProven experience managing medium to large-scale infrastructure, cloud, virtualization, digital transformation, or software implementation projects.\nStrong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).\nExperience managing project budgets, forecasts, and resource planning.\nExcellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.\nStrong problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making capabilities.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, multinational environment.\nProficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar platforms.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPMP (Project Management Professional) certification.\nPRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications.\nFluent in Arabic, English and French.\nExperience in VMware, Broadcom, cloud, infrastructure modernization, or data center transformation projects.\nExperience managing geographically distributed teams across different regions.\nSuccess Metrics\nOn-time project delivery\nBudget adherence and project
