This role combines strong technical expertise with a consulting mindset and the ability to navigate complex, heterogeneous IT environments.\nMain Duties and Responsibilities\nDesigning, implementing, and optimizing monitoring and observability solutions across applications, infrastructure, and networks.\nWorking closely with customers to gather requirements, design solution architectures, and deliver tailored implementations.\nIntegrating monitoring tools into existing on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments.\nWorking with metrics, logs, and distributed traces, including their correlation for effective troubleshooting.\nProviding consulting and guidance on best practices related to availability, performance, reliability, and operations.\nCreating technical documentation and transferring knowledge to customer teams.\nPosition Requirements\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any other related field\nExperience\nA broad technological background and the ability to work across multiple layers of the IT stack.\nExperience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).\nHands-on knowledge of multiple operating systems (Linux, Windows).\nFamiliarity with development platforms and languages (e.g. Java, .NET, Python, Node.js).\nSolid understanding of web technologies (HTTP/S, REST APIs, web servers, application architectures).\nGood grasp of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, firewalling).\nStrong analytical skills and the ability to identify root causes in complex systems.\nGood communication skills and a true consulting mindset -
