comparisons pertaining to competitive models\nPrepare and deliver tender specifications and request for proposals (RFPs) related to products and services that best suit client’s requirements and needs\nProvide in-depth root cause analysis of reported technical issues and recommend remedial actions to the direct manager\nEstablish and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients and ensure constant communication and support to vendors\nAssist in the presentation of effective POC/demo to partners/end users\nPosition Requirements\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any other related field\nExperience\nAt least 5 years of relevant experience in providing technical support for VMWare
