The Stillwater General Manager is responsible for setting direction, aligning teams, managing financial performance, enhancing the guest experience, and identifying opportunities to grow revenue, strengthen the brand, and maximize the long-term value of the golf course and related amenities. Performs work with a high degree of latitude.\nESSENTIAL/PRIMARY DUTIES:\nLeads the overall strategy, performance, and guest experience of the Stillwater property, including golf operations, course conditions, restaurant operations, and event space utilization\nOversees day-to-day operations to ensure high standards for service, facility appearance, playability, hospitality, and event execution\nManages the financial performance of the property, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue growth, and expense control\nLeads and develops the property team, including key managers and department leaders, ensuring alignment across golf, food and beverage, and events\nEstablishes operational goals, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives across all departments\nDrives revenue growth through memberships, green fees, tournaments, outings, food and beverage, and private events\nPartners with senior leadership to set priorities, drive long-range planning, and position the property for future growth\nEnsures compliance with all safety, regulatory, and company policies and procedures\nOversees vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and capital improvement projects\nEnhances guest satisfaction through service standards, feedback systems, and continuous experience improvement\nSECONDARY DUTIES:\nBuilds and maintains strong relationships with guests, vendors, community organizations, and internal stakeholders\nSupports sales, marketing, tournaments, outings, restaurant promotion, and private event growth\nMaintains accurate records, reporting, and communication regarding business performance and operational priorities\nServes as a visible ambassador for the property\nOther duties, as needed\nEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:\nBachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, golf management, or related field and 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience in golf, hospitality, club, restaurant, or event venue operations, or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nPGA of America Class A Member in good standing, LPGA Professional membership, or prior experience as a Head Golf Professional or Director of Golf.
