# Sales Operations Analyst

JOB SUMMARY: The Sales Operations Analyst helps improve sales force efficiency and effectiveness by partnering with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Information Technology and other functional areas to develop and implement both data driven and creative solutions. The Sales Operations Analyst is expected to provide reporting and analysis of sales and commercial data to others in the organization, including management. This role will be responsible for leading and participating in sales related process improvements and project work. ESSENTIAL/PRIMARY DUTIES: Compiles, analyzes and interprets sales and marketing data across all channels, creating dashboards, and participating in various structured and ad hoc planning and analysis projects Works with marketing and sales to compile detailed booking forecasts and sales metrics in support of the demand planning process Provides detailed analysis and reporting on key operational metrics to various internal users, including, but not limited to, Sales Management and the Executive team, using a variety of inputs Partners with Sales, cross-functional management, and peers to identify opportunities to increase revenue and profitability through im
