configuration, and deployment of software solutions (On-Premise/Cloud/Hybrid) and/or firmware components in a focused discipline (UI, IoT, API, Mobile, Firmware, etc.)\nConducts hands-on, rapid prototyping and product development of software applications\nCreates and maintains technical documentation on software applications\nEnsures software applications built to meet industry and Midmark security requirements\nAutomates the deployment and monitoring of software and application components\nCodes and applies automated tests where applicable\nResolves production availability and high-risk issues when identified\nContributes to product backlog story and task creation, along with effort forecasting\nDemonstrates working increments at sprint reviews\nPresents and participates in software code reviews\nContinuously learns and applies industry best practices on modern software delivery practices\nCollaborates with cross-functional teams to accomplish project and product objectives\nSECONDARY DUTIES:\nNone\nEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:\nBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field and 1-3 years of software application code development or 2-year associate degree with 2 or more years of relevant work experience.\nCOMPETENCY and/or SKILL:\nProfessional knowledge and programming skills to write, modify and debug software\nExhibit Agile principles and Scrum practices in delivery execution\nCurious, creative, logical, detail-oriented problem solvers\nStructured software testing practices (automated & manual)\nAbility to effectively evaluate and methodically solve problems\nAbility to work alone, as well as collaborate within a team\nAbility to receive assignments and conduct appropriate work towards completion independently\nFamiliarity with behavior-driven and test-driven development integrated into the pipelinerelease process\nAbility to receive and analyze feedback
