The position supports recruiting operations, maintains applicant tracking system data, and assists with talent acquisition programs and process improvements.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nOwns full cycle recruitment activities for entry to mid-level professional and manufacturing positions across assigned business areas\nSources candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels \nMaintains candidate pipelines and applicant tracking system records to ensure accurate recruiting data and compliance \nPartners with hiring managers and human resources business partners to support staffing needs across assigned functions\nProvides recommendations regarding candidate selection, sourcing approaches, and recruiting process improvements \nCoordinates interview scheduling, candidate communications, and recruiting process activities to support an efficient hiring experience\nSupports recruitment marketing initiatives, job postings, and career event activities \nTracks recruiting metrics and prepares reports related to hiring activity and recruiting effectiveness \nEnsures recruiting activities comply with company policies and applicable employment laws \nAssists with onboarding coordination and pre-employment activities\nCoordinates and participates in events with external recruiting resources, schools, and community organizations \nWhat We’re Looking For:\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred\n2-5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.\nExperience with applicant tracking systems preferred.\nSkills & Competencies:\nWorking knowledge of recruiting platforms and sourcing techniques \nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills \nAbility to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously \nWorking knowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance requirements \nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications \nWhy Join Us:\nHelp shape the future workforce of a mission-driven organization\n\nPartner with leaders across multiple business functions\n\nBe part of a collaborative team focused on improving candidate and hiring manager experiences\n\nNo agency calls please.\nWork Authorization:\nMidmark will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
