Join us and let's Imagine a better way together.\nJob Summary:\nThe Distribution Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the movement of products from production through final delivery. This role partners with production, warehouse, transportation, customer service, and carrier partners to ensure shipments are processed accurately, delivered on time, and meet customer requirements. The Distribution Coordinator supports shipping, logistics, transportation, and distribution functions while maintaining documentation, tracking shipments, and resolving delivery-related issues.\nThis is an onsite position at our Shakopee, MN facility.\nShift: Monday - Friday, 3:00pm - 11:30pm\nJob Description:\nCoordinate inbound and outbound shipments to meet customer and business requirements.\nSchedule pickups, deliveries, and transportation services with carriers and logistics partners.\nPrepare, process, and maintain shipping documentation, labels, bills of lading, and shipment records.\nVerify product quantities, packaging, labeling, and shipment accuracy prior to dispatch.\nMonitor shipment status and provide tracking updates to internal stakeholders and customers as needed.\nInvestigate and resolve shipping, transportation, delivery, and invoicing issues.\nObtain carrier rate quotes, support freight cost management, and assist with freight claims when necessary.\nCollaborate with Production, Warehouse, and Customer Service teams to ensure orders are fulfilled and shipped according to schedule.\nUtilize shipping software, carrier systems, and customer portals to process shipments and maintain accurate records.\nSupport process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, service levels, and operational effectiveness.\nAssist with loading and unloading shipments and ensuring freight is properly secured when required.\nMaintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, quality requirements, and applicable regulations.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES\nNone\nRequirements\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS OF POSITION\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nTwo (2) or more years of experience in shipping, warehousing, logistics, transportation, or distribution operations.\nBasic computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office applications.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.\nBasic mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.\nStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy.\nSound judgment and decision-making skills.\nAbility to follow written and verbal instructions.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nDemonstrated commitment to workplace safety.\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS OF POSITION\nForklift certification.\nKnowledge of shipping procedures, carrier requirements, and transportation processes.\nExperience working with shipping software and carrier systems.\nWORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS\nAbility to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.\nFrequent standing and walking throughout the workday.\nFrequent reaching, bending, kneeling, crouching, stooping, and climbing.\nAbility to visually inspect work for quality and accuracy, including color identification when necessary.\nManual dexterity to perform repetitive tasks.\nThe Imagine Group provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.\nSalary Description\n$22 -
