From retention and LTV to sportsbook, casino, and promotions, you’ll turn complex metrics into clear decisions that improve growth, engagement, and player value.\nJoining a newly formed Commercial team, you’ll have broad visibility across Midnite and the opportunity to shape how we understand performance and put insight into action.\nYou will:\nSupport the ongoing view of player and revenue performance across the business, including retention, reactivation, cohort payback, lifetime value, ARPU, and player value.\n\nAnalyse the full player lifecycle from acquisition and onboarding through early engagement and long-term retention.\n\nBreak down sportsbook and casino performance across key commercial levers, including player behaviour, margin, game mix, cross-sell, revenue trends, and promotional impact.\n\nConnect acquisition quality, onboarding, product changes, campaigns, and incentives with player engagement and longer-term value.\n\nSupport commercial and product initiatives by defining measures of success, establishing baseline performance, and tracking results after launch.\n\nInvestigate movement in retention, revenue, payback, and player value to identify the cohorts, products, and segments driving performance.\n\nDistinguish short-term effects from underlying trends and highlight areas requiring further investigation.\n\nTranslate analysis into clear, practical insight that supports prioritisation and commercial decision-making across the business.\n\nThe next Midniter:\nHas experience in iGaming or betting and at least two years’ experience in a commercial, analytics, strategy, or performance-focused role.\n\nUnderstands player economics and lifecycle metrics, including retention, LTV, payback, and ARPU.\n\nHas strong analytical skills and can identify trends, investigate performance, and draw clear conclusions.\n\nHas hands-on experience with data and BI tools such as Omni, Looker, Tableau, or similar, alongside strong spreadsheet skills.\n\nIs comfortable working with dashboards, reports, and large datasets; SQL or experience working closely with data teams is desirable.\n\nCan turn analysis into clear, actionable insight and explain findings in a simple, structured way.\n\nWorks collaboratively across Product, Marketing, Trading, Finance, and Data, with a curious and low-ego approach.\n\nIs structured, organised, attentive to detail, and comfortable working independently while knowing when to ask for support.\n\nWinnings\nJoin us at an exciting stage as we establish our Gibraltar office.
