Reporting to the Head of IT, you'll help shape and improve our internal IT services, enabling teams across the business to do their best work. From managing core SaaS platforms to driving automation and supporting the secure adoption of AI, you'll have the autonomy to make a real impact while helping our IT environment scale alongside the business.\nThis isn't a role hidden behind a ticket queue. You will be hands-on, driving innovation and helping Midnite stay one step ahead.\nYou will:\nBuild and maintain Midnite's SaaS infrastructure(Google Workspace, M365, Slack, n8n, Iru, Notion)\n\nProvide 2nd and 3rd line technical support for our corporate IT infrastructure\n\nSupport the global onboarding and offboarding of staff\n\nAuthor and maintain internal documentation, policies and end user help articles\n\nAutomate processes and workflows within IT and across Midnite\n\nAct as a trusted partner to support the secure adoption of AI and AI enabled workflows\n\nRemotely manage network infrastructure in our offices\n\nSupport the continual improvement of Midnite's security posture and take an active role in responding to EDR system notifications\n\nThe next Midniter:\nBrings 5+ years of experience supporting end users across macOS and Windows devices\n\nHas experience supporting remote teammates and remote offices\n\nHas an expert understanding of modern MDM/UEM platforms and zero touch deployments\n\nCan package and deliver custom software and scripts via MDM platforms\n\nHands on experience supporting and implementing workflow automation tools\n\nProven experience managing hybrid Google Workspace and M365 environments\n\nExceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences\n\nHas a deep understanding of administering and troubleshooting Single Sign On technologies such as OAuth, SAML and OIDC\n\nHas previous experience maintaining corporate IT services built on Google Cloud Platform (or similar cloud hosting environment)\n\nHands on experience in designing and installing office networks (Unifi preferred)\n\nIdeally has experience working in a regulated environment or high growth startup\n\nWinnings\nPrivate health insurance with zero excess, including optical cover and optional dental.\n\nIncome protection to protect your earnings and give you peace of mind.\n\nTenure holiday policy.
