The Role
Title: Sportsbook Operations Senior Manager
Team: Sportsbook
Location: Gibraltar, full time on-site
As Sportsbook Operations Senior Manager, you’ll own the operational engine behind our sportsbook supplier ecosystem in Gibraltar.
We rely on a range of third-party suppliers across pricing, trading and data, and this role will make sure those relationships are run with the structure, accountability and pace Midnite needs as we scale. You’ll build the governance frameworks, performance reviews, reporting cadences and incident management processes that keep our sportsbook reliable, responsive and improving.
This is a hands-on operational role, not a distant strategy role. You’ll work closely with Sportsbook Experience, Product, Engineering and Risk, acting as the bridge between internal teams and external suppliers. You’ll help define how the Gibraltar operation works day to day, support a lean team when needed, and play a key role in professionalising an important part of Midnite’s Sportsbook function.
You will:
Own operational relationships with key sportsbook suppliers, including trading, pricing and data partners.
Build supplier governance frameworks, QBR cadences, performance reviews and action tracking.
Lead supplier incident management end-to-end, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and repeat problems are prevented.
Hold third-party suppliers accountable for performance, quality and delivery.
Act as the conduit between suppliers and internal Product, Engineering, Risk and Sportsbook Experience teams.
Improve the processes behind event booking, supplier selection and day-to-day trading operations.
Use data, reporting and insight to identify supplier trends, recurring issues and operational improvement opportunities.
Support and guide Gibraltar-based Sportsbook Experience / Operations Execs as the team grows.
Provide clear updates on sportsbook operations, incidents and supplier performance to senior stakeholders.
Bring structure, maturity and pace to a lean, fast-moving sportsbook operation.
The next Midniter:
Has 5+ years’ experience within sportsbook operations, trading or sportsbook management.
Brings strong sportsbook industry knowledge and understands how third-party supplier ecosystems operate.
Has managed operational relationships with external sportsbook suppliers or partners.
Has experience improving governance, QBRs, performance reporting, incident management or supplier accountability processes.
Is analytical, structured and confident using data to identify issues and drive better ways of working.
Is comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or similar to improve reporting, documentation or operational efficiency.
Communicates confidently across suppliers, Product, Engineering, Risk and Sportsbook Experience teams.
Is comfortable with ambiguity and able to create structure where it does not already exist.
Is hands-on, pragmatic and happy to get stuck into operational detail when the team needs it.
Is passionate about sport and sports betting.
